ORLANDO — A 4.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded Wednesday night about 100 miles off Cape Canaveral. The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake happened at about 10:48 p.m. It was about 10 kilometers underneath the ocean floor, or about 6.2 miles.
